Due to the COVID19 pandemic, the central DAFNE team is working to amend face to face training to an online/remote format. The DAFNE participant course was launched in July with 41 centres trained to enable them to deliver DAFNE education remotely to their participants, a further 26 centres are due to be trained throughout August and September.
Currently, HCP training has been paused whilst we work on converting face to face training for HCPs to a remote/online format to enable centres to continue to train educators and doctors. Further information will be communicated as soon as possible.
Any enquires should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, the inbox is monitored daily.
Applications will be considered on a first come first served basis, the application form also contains further details regarding the training along with the DAFNE educator programme training summary. Please remember that we can’t accept applications without payment, please see the payment section of the application form.
As you should be aware from network meetings and previous communication, the new DEP programme includes online learning and the only face to face training involved is the course observation week and the 2-day face to face workshop.
A full training plan will be issued to all trainees once places have been confirmed, the training plan will include further details and dates of each step identified in the DAFNE educator programme training summary.
